The pups from Jarvey x Wallace will be solid, strong bodied
dogs with a very pleasing personality. Bringing out the calm, easy going
personality of Jarvey
and the determination and stability of Wallace
is the reason these two were paired up to produce their second litter. The size
of these dogs will be in the 42-45 pound range with some of the pups being
black and white. With this litter comes a strong nose, very pleasant
personalities and a strong desire to please. These should be some very easy
pups to train up with their desire to do the right thing and work for the handler.
Jarvey is a smaller black and white female with a pleasing personality. She is
very good hunting pheasants in the corn and is easy to control. She has a good
nose, very well at retrieving and hunts close at all times. She is strong in
heavy cover, small enough to go under cattails and yet powerful enough to go
through all types of hunting habitat. Jarvey weighs about 32 pounds is very nice in and around the
house or kennel. She is an even tempered, mild-mannered female
Wallace
is a large liver and white male with
a strong stock body structure. He is powerful in the field, easy to control and
has a very good nose. Wallace has a
mild mannered temperament around the house and kennel and is a pleasure to hunt
over. He has been running in field trials earning both his Field Championship
and his Amateur Field Championship. He also hunts grouse and pheasant. He has a nice
delivery, good retriever, and strong in the water as well.
