 Started and Experienced Gun Dogs
A started dog is defined as a dog
that will retrieve, has had birds shot over it, is crate trained and will
hunt close. They are at least 6-8 months old, have been well socialized,
traveled in vehicles and enjoy the training sessions in the field.
PINE SHADOWS started dogs and
fully trained dogs are generally derived from keeping pups from each litter
to raise, train and specifically develop to have available as started dogs.
Each pup is trained daily and as they grow up they progress in obedience, hunting ability, finding
birds, and delivery to hand without a long lead - generally developing into a
great hunting
companion.
They are ready to adapt to your
family situation and provide you with hours of enjoyment without having to go
through the "puppy training".

Puppies
If you are interested in a pup please contact us soon. There is often
a waiting list and your $300 deposit reserves a spot for you. Your deposit is
always refundable if Pine Shadows
does not provide you with a pup. Pups
from 10-12 weeks old are $1,500 which includes the $300 deposit. We ship pups
anywhere in the world.
