Brainerd, MN – April 22, 2007- Mark Haglin from Pine Shadows in Brainerd, MN recently attended the Orvis Spring Retreat at The Homestead Resort near Roanoke, Virginia. Pine Shadows is an Orvis Endorsed Hunting Dog Program and was invited to participate in this business networking conference.

The Orvis Company is an outdoor lifestyle company which has endorsed wing shooting lodges and fly fishing lodges and recently started the endorsed hunting dog and kennel program.

Pine Shadows is the only Springer Spaniel kennel in the United States to be endorsed by the Orvis Company.

Each year Orvis sponsors a conference for all their endorsed lodges and this year for the first time invited the endorsed kennel operators. Haglin attended the conference dealing with customer service, providing quality products for the desired customer and marketing around the strength of the Orvis endorsement.
